Downtime Protection and Business Continuity
NetSafe provides downtime protection and business continuity to enable hospitals and providers to automatically capture and preserve patient information generated from the healthcare information system anywhere on the network. This information is then available for lookup, review, and/or printing directly from the designated device(s). Having up to date patient information available when you need it ensures you can deliver quality patient care even when your systems or networks are unavailable.
NetSafe allows you to capture reports generated by the HCIS, automatically extract data elements and store the reports at locations throughout your network at regular intervals to ensure the most recent patient data is captured. In the event the network or HCIS system becomes unavailable, users can search the local reports for patient information and view or print it as needed.
